We offer the following payment options:

Prepayment

If you order in advance, you will receive a 2 percent discount - starting with the first Euro!

At the end of the ordering process you will see our bank details and you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. Also below is once again our bank details:

Please transfer the full invoice amount to the specified bank account, indicating your order number. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, we will send the delivery on its way.

PayPal Plus

After you have sent your order, you will be redirected directly to the pages of PayPal. There you can log in as usual with your PayPal credentials or also create a new account.

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay in online stores securely, easily and quickly - and even without additional fees, because we take care of them for you!

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. Your bank and credit card data are also not transmitted to us.

Simply: You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card details stored at PayPal, instead of entering them again for each purchase.

Through PayPal Plus you have the option to pay through the following ways:

• with your PayPal balance
• by direct debit
• by credit card
• on account

Purchase on account

With us you can always order via PayPal Plus (see above) also on account; even from the first order.

Environmental protection is very important to us. For the sake of the environment, we therefore no longer put printed invoices in the package. We will therefore send you the invoice for your order by e-mail as a PDF.

To open the invoice you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download free of charge at the following Internet address: https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/

The payment method invoice may be restricted for certain products. If this is the case, you will be informed about it during the order process.

When purchasing on account via PayPal Plus, please do not use the bank details indicated on our invoice for your transfer, but the bank details of PayPal. For this purpose, we enclose a separate sheet with the shipment.

Credit card

Payment by credit card is possible at any time via PayPal Plus.

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 5.90 € per order.

From an order value of 200,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs (only within Germany).

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight. You can see the respective shipping costs in the table below. These are also displayed to you during order processing.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 - 7 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
